Gina's Inspiration (Use In Your Kitchen).

My dear friend Gina is very emotionally supportive in helping her husband, George, fight his cancer ... and now she come up with another way.

Aren't they sooo cute together!

Every answer starts with a question! And when Gina asked herself how she could help get the money she needed to admit her husband into an alternative cancer treatment center (unfortunately not covered by insurance!) she got her answer ... while brushing her teeth. Teeth, food, recipes! Ahhhh, the beauty of inspiration!

She was inspired to gather treasured recipes from friends and family and share them for just a $1.00 What I love about the recipe e-book, besides the delicious recipes!!!, is that she writes how she got a hold of each recipe (very sentimental!). These are two sayings that I love remembering and practicing (I believe Gina & George does as well, and I invite you to practice it as well):

"Follow your heart and it will lead you to the road of happiness."

"Give and you will receive."

Here are some creative ideas for viewing your recipes:

  • if you have magnets on your fridge, put them to "work" by having them hold your recipe at your eye level so you don't have to continue looking down at the counter for the list of ingredients
  • if viewing it from your counter space, then place the recipe in a protective plastic sleeve (sold at office supply stores) or in a clear large zip lock bag, this way if you drop any ingredients (like I always do!!), the recipe will be protected.

Remember to keep your kitchen and all your rooms within your home representing "you" and "your immediate family".
